So this week Ramsey completed her TDI – Therapy Dog International cert and her CGC – Canine good Citizen.
This week I saw something different with her therapy abilities. I was lucky to get my first toy poodle for my dog training board and train program. I had Luna for two weeks. In that time she really became quite good friends with Ramsey. I love seeing the “pack” dynamic when I board and train dogs. They are in my home, they are a part of my pack, and they learn from my dogs. Luna took non-verbal cues from Ramsey and that really brought up her confidence. Now that Ramsey is TDI Certified I can’t wait to start bringing her to the Veteran’s hospital and some of the other assisted living facilities around me. She is such an amazing representation of a breed that is often misunderstood. I could not be more proud of my girl.
